✭✭One last tip. When you are viewing the image on your chosen host site, R-click on image and 'copy image url'. For me the url address given by the image host site did not show the image. Paste between [img and /img][/img]

Use img bbcode, and make sure the image ends in .jpg or whatnot, it doesn't seem to play friendly with redirects.0 -

✭✭✭✭✭You need an account with an image hosting site like flickr or photobucket or something like that.

Just upload the images from Imgur, copy the image URL from Imgur of your images and paste it on forums with a html image tag.
