Do weapon enchants proc from the Vateshran destruction staff/wrath of elements tether?

I'm on Xbox so I cannot test this myself, so as the title says: will weapon enchantments (I'm interested in the berserker enchant) proc from the Vateshran destruction staff/wrath of elements set? I know elemental drain itself does not proc enchants, but will the damage from the tether proc them? I want to backbar this set. Thanks!

ExpatJohnnySoul ShrivenJust tested this on PS4 on dummies in the guild house. When using the elemental blockade, the enchantment procs. When using weakness, the channel forms, but the enchantment does not proc.0

✭✭✭✭✭I dont believe it does. The set is great pressure in PVP, and assuming you weave it when you cast, you can proc an enchant, but if you are looking for a way to continually proc a back bar enchant like we do with Blockade or Endless hail, this wont do it. It's also on purpose. Not sure you were around for the Torugs Pact Meta when single target DOTs from weapon lines (clench, poison injection) would continue to proc enchants, but it was beyond broken in PVP.0
