I believe they're a throwback to the old Soul Gem system when you needed a different grade of gem depending on what your level was.
There is only 1 grade of Soul Gem in the game now so you can either keep them as a nostalgia thing or sell them. I know people collect these throwback items. (assuming not bound)

I been searching for a price at western skyrim guild traders and haven't seen any yet. Throw a price out and we'll see.

Repair kits are still leveled. No antiquity value on those. Yet.
