Well, in-game, there's a Guild Finder now. You could use that to find some guilds to your likings. Some Guilds shout out in zone chats recruiting players. All depends what you want a guild for. I suppose, the Guild Finder is the best option. Another thing is the Forums. In Guild Recruitment section, you can look through Guild Ads Threads and leave a message and the guild will invite you
