I lost skill points via the werewolf bug

I lost 2 skill points via the werewolf bug where the morph resets. (I didn't realize that the point wasn't refunded until the 2nd time I remorphed)
Since Nov 2nd, I have submitted 3 tickets in attempts to get my 2 missing skill points restored. Is the anyone from ZOS who can help me?
