... defeated what happens to his soul? Where does it go?

This is the dialogue immediately after the combat ends:

Are they trying to tell us that Rada finds salvation in defeat and his soul goes to the Far Shores?

I would assume since he was cleansed of his darkness, he is allowed to go to the Far shores.

Interesting theory, but its still left a bit unexplained. We did see Verandis interact with Rada's spirit before he went away but I honestly have no idea what'd happen. He is an accomplished Sword singer so he might have been able to resist the pull of coldharbour? Just speculating....

Basically what is implied is Rada and the others signed unbreakable contracts with Molag Bal. In exchange for the power they had. Even if they got cured. It wouldn't matter as that contract gives their souls to Molag Bal upon death. However, if the events of the Grey Host Return happened canonically after Molag Bal's defeat. Merida does make mention of the events severely weakening Molag Bal. Given what happened to him. Then this could mean that Molag Bal's weak enough he isn't able to claim souls like he could and he could have missed Rada. Given a million of souls were freed from Molag Bal. Going by his own words. He lost a lot of souls from his collection of them. Do to the events of Eso. Though it does seem like many of the Gray Host souls were not freed.

Rada also bound the Gray Host to the Dark Heart which was a big plot point towards the end. Only members or former members were effected.. So its possible, Rada did succeed in breaking the contracts or voiding them using the Dark Heart. Which could be another means of Rada escaping Molag Bal. Otherwise, Rada couldn't, he made a contract with the Prince. That doomed his soul. He basically sold his soul to Molag Bal. Molag Bal because of this has claim over it. Though its possible, Molag Bal couldn't claim it after we kill him because of either the Dark Heart. Or because of his defeat that weakened. It could even be a mix of both.
I would assume that if Molag Bal wasn't defeated yet. Rada's soul ends up in Coldharbour, because of the contract Rada signed that requires his soul go there on death. But its possible Rada went to the Far Shores in the end.

There would be no pull of Coldharbor in that realm, that was his entire reason for being there. He was free from Molag Bal's clutches in that land, which is why Verandis was able to do the things he did. The power was a combination of the dark heart and being in that realm.

He either will get reformed there like a Daedra and trapped alone forever unable to ever return or he went to the Far Shores. The dialogue is very unclear as to which was the case, though Rada's last words seem to imply the latter.

Becouse the sword was not real. The sword he used was his Shehai.

As for OPs question: No. Rada will not go to far-shores becouse he is a vampire and his sould belongs to molag bal. Rada will be going to Coldharbour just like other vampires. Though I am pretty sure that Rada's soul was also sucked by the Darkheart and when Verandis did his thing he saved Rada too. He probably lives alone in his little paradise pocket oblivion now.
