How to *balance* the game and *remove lugs* and make it *interesting* to play in PVP+PVE !

Hi i have a solution how to make game good !

Why it will work:
I am not some noob player you know - i can solo a lot of vDLC HMs - so i am not a low skill. I am ex Emperror in pvp and i am not to bad in it too. I play DD and Tank and i know how people bug thingth - like immortal cant kil me and etc. So i know how to fix it !!!

First of all - 3 years ago game was balanced - and had + and - ok.

Now new team may be do nsome parts - but hear me - i have complex solution to all this - it will not work if you take only parts - so just try to read all and if you like the idea take it.

First of all - what is the main problem in PVP - ?

1) Immortal players - with really low skill that kill you 10 on 1 and you can not kill any of it.

How to fix it ? Immortality is abusing some game mechanicks that is not balanced well. As example if all your attacks will do 0 damage - you can not do anything. So if no soft breake on DEF - all would just take 70 k def and get 0 damage. So things like this must be limited.

How immortality works now - you have health stuck over 10+ k per second - you need no skill at all you are just impossible to kill at all. To get it all you need to do is stuck 100500 dot heals on you. And it makes server unstable - becouse 1 second you have 10 heals calculations per target.

But it can be fixed !!! Soft limit on healing !!!

Player can restore HP by 4 ways:
1)Health regeneration
2)Dot healing
3)Instant healing
4)Shields

As example if i have 5000 hp regeneration - that works 1 time per 2 seconds + 3*3 DOT heals by 2 k - i will heal 11+-k per second !!! By doing nothing !
It is not OK !!! How to fix it ?
Make all healing stuck in healing power dot - do not calculate each heal - make it possible to stuck even 3 the same healing in one* - but make it limited by 6k !!! You can not have more than 8 k DOT healing - that is solution ! In pvp with battle spirit it will be 2500 per second - with no other effect can power it up more ! Make it work not each second but each 2 seconds so heal will be limited by dot healing like before - not more than 2 k hp per second.

2k dot heal per second is ok in PVP ! But not more.
1500-2000 hp regeneration by per second is ok too ! 3000-4000 hp regen is good for pvp.

So you already heal 4 k hp per second !!! Or 8 k each to second if it calculates each 2 seconds. It is a lot of healing !!!

Instant healing - must be powered up - but limited with max healing. It have to by effected with heal buffs and debuffs.

Next you need to do Shields - it have 10 k hp power in pvp - so in 10 seconds you can *heal* with it 100 k damage - it is too many !!! Make calldown on it - not more often than once each 2 seconds too !!! And if you use shield - you lose 1/2 of your HP regen and DOT healing - or it ill be possible to cheat with it.

If damage calculation will work on server like :

1) 1 time per 2 seconds - it will make less lugs
2) Calculation priority from (a->to c):
a)Calculate instant healing and Shields
b)Calculate DAMAGE dealt
c)Calculate dot healing and regeneration

So you will have 2 seconds combo to oneshot to fat targets and players can not bug healing to get 100500 shields and dot healing.

If it is a bug - it always will be used by players - they want to be immortal just by doing nothing - it do not let any skill play at all !

After that - Mist Form - must be revorked !!! - *No regeneration at all must be added * !!! Becouse it will be abused other way !

+ I am vampire - i have 6k hp regen - how will you kill me - if i will mitigate 75% damage ? It is like - i have 100k + hp and restore 24 k of them each 2 seconds - i can not be stunned by the way.
It is not OK !!!

+ Fire damage must do more damage to targets in Mist Form - becouse even with changes like this i can use sets that shield me and get the same "24 k per second " healing like this.
It is not OK ! It must be fixed.

Skills that must be fixed:

1) DK wings !!! It is now useless skill, it is good conter play against range targets with proc sets - return all there range proc sets and attacks with projectiles back. Make it work like before changes. NB do not like it they say - why we need to put skills against wings ? Why all others must put skills and potions against invis ? And why it do not normally work ?
Yes it is a cheat that wings work like before - becouse it return all projectiles. Limit range to far than *10-12 meters* !!!
Why do you think that if DK is melee class you must just hit it from 30 meters ? It is not ok - go to 10-12 meters range and fight !
And make it possible to misderect only 3 casts with all effects on them. As example Crushing shock can remove all 3 stacks of wings - but all proc sets and other effects of this crushing shock user will return back to caster !
All heals HOT like heals must calculate as hots like Cauterize and etc to prevent cheating with healing.

And make it possible to leap on siege walls !!! With Dragon Leap ! It is ultimate - NB can go through walls by jump shadow - make our ultimate possible to jump on players on walls !!!
With new changes it will be no immortal players to jump on wall with uyltimate you need 3 special conditions - and you can be pulled away ! So it is OK !

2) NB - Shadow Cloak :
a) If attack already fly to NB - make it do hit !!! Want Invis dodge than Shadow Cloak - not some immun to attack condition !
b) Add conterplay against invis !!! It is not OK like it is now ! If healing will by limited - it is not OK to just be immortal with - *Cant see mee* - we need 2 skills be revorked !!!

Aliance war - Blinding Flare - or another one - is USELESS skill !!! Rework it like you become the center of light to:
Launch a blinding flare, revealing stealthed and invisible enemies in the area around you for 10 seconds. Exposed enemies cannot return to stealth or invisibility for 3 seconds. lasts 15 seconds.

Radiant Magelight- add to the current skill the same effect but make it 5 seconds duration. Now range is to small !

For skill with no special effect now it is too bad !

Why it is not cheat ? Becouse as example Sorcs have 10 meters AOE around them - that can do the same - other classes have not - so counter play must be added !

If it will not be 100500 dot healing NB will with high chance kill from invis - so i think it is normal changes.

3) Sorcs:
1) All Shields must have the same calldown 2 seconds.
2) Streak must be limited by 2 casts in 6 seconds. but with no increase in cost.
3) Any shield that you put on limits your DOT healing and HP regeneration it becomes 2 times less !!! (For all shield abilities not only sorc).
4) PETS !!! All pets must be like - other player must have option to make pets UNTARGETABLE for them. Any pets !!! If i can not use target normally - it is buged now - make us ability not to chouse pets as targets !!!
5) Surge - is dot healing ! So it calculates with other HOTS to prevent 4 k more self healing. Or some thing like that.

4) Wardens:
Remove Betty Netch - *removes 1 negative effect from you* effect in PVP !!!

5) TEMPLAR:
With changes it will have good healing and will by good so no changes.

6) NECROMANCER:
Make it possible to roll dodge Blastbones damage !!!
All his skeletons healing calculates as HOT !


Some classes have no self PURGE !!! So make bleed damage not purgable ! * Heawy attacks must not be PURGED too !!! *
It will make more realistic counter play against some classes. Or make all different purges remove different effects - it must have some weakneses ! And counter play !

All classes:
1) All self buff DPS effects must be limited to do less damage ! Or ground AOES must do more damage to be counter play against it !
2) All ability must have counter play that each class can get !
3) Do not nerf skills add new skills that make cheat like skills useless against !

DOTS - it is not OK when 10 people use proc sets on you - all DOT damage must be limited like HOT healing ! As example 4 k-6k real dps per second. To negate all targets healing with hots and regeneration. And make a little more.

*Malacath ring* - must do not let its user not only do not creat but creat healing too - no crit at all must be possible - so yes 25% more dps - but no crits and no crit healing will be OK.

Any effects that have less counter play must be weaker than the same that have !

New weapons from new arena must be changed !!! Any ability must have counter play - it must not be some thing undodgable - ancleansable - attacking through walls and etc !!!

Zaan can be purged - the same must work against new weapons too !

Shields ultimate must have limited call down because it is possible to abuse it and have 100% uptime ! It must have 30 seconds limit on min calldown !

Dragonstar duals are overperforming now too add damage on attack was to powerfull !!!

Some skills do not let you use your skills - you can not enter doors and etc - you even can not roll dodge your actions are buged it must be fixed !!!

As example new arena Destro stuff - this damage must be nerfed twice or counterplay must be added - now it is cheat like buged weapon.

Why will it do not change PVE ? Bcause in PVE you have no builds with 10 k hp regenerations and 10k+ heal stucking. All healing is ground base - for dunguan healers it will be even better becouse with just 1 mutagen they can stuck 6 h hps on target ! So PVE healers will heal better if they even are lower skilled.

Tanks - tanks do not have to much HP regen in PVE and if they do - this limitation can be add only for battle spirit *so do not effect PVE AT ALL* !!!

PVE random finder - if there is no some ROLLS - add money reward to them !!! As example 100 k for vet DLC / 20 k for not dlc vet and normal dlc / 10 k for normals.

Peoples can do the same money by gathering resources - to spend 1hour + for the roll no one wants to play and eat tons of potions is normal reward ! If no some roll make reward for it if they pass dunguans - it will make people play it !!! And fix problems with tanks and any other rolls in randoms !!!

This game must encourage skilled game - any player must have oprion to take skill that counter play other skills and sets !
No players must be immortal - it must be limit how fat target have to be ! Or all will just abuse it and make game bad for all others.

Price of the base game must be more to not let buy fake accounts !!! It let counter cheaters - if you bun them for 10 $ or 3 $ it is different for them.
May be some cost reduction on old DLC and etc - but BASE game MUST NOT COST - 5$ !!! It is not normal !!! It do in our country.
If you have low cost anywhere people will just abuse it for bugs !!!

ZOS - must encourage players for fair play !!! Not for bug use and etc !
If game do not work give some compensation like before like old comand did !

Game must not spend money on helping some random guys and etc - fix bugs better !
If players spend money and can not play they must be rewarded - not save the planet programs and etc.

If people buy membership - they do not het something good like before if you give 2 weaks of it to all others - and they can not even play notmally becouse DLC lugs like hell - but they spend money ! It is not OK !

    And you will fill yourself atro becouse of dots on you ;)

    1 against 10 unkillable bodys.
