It went to BLUE SCREEN on my ps4... 5 Times today!
I don't get it, unplayable... anyone else on the PS4 having this issue?
EDIT:
I think its caused by SETS that do some kind of effect like GLOOM set and STORM KNIGH... when it triggers it BREAKS the game sometimes... can someone tell this to ZENIMAX somehow?

You are not alone, blue/freeze/hang/boot issues....on top of everything else it has become at times almost unplayable, except for dailies, or house rping if you are into that2

Edit: ~20 DCs during vHRC last night; freeze in character load screen; freeze at crafting tables; freeze when porting back to previous zone after leaving Dungeon; crash about 1 in 3 Battlegrounds; the list goes on. This is insane.
Edit 2: Nov.27 - everyone freeze in vCastle Thorn.
Edit 3: Nov.27 - took 7 tries to port to my group in nHRC

This is NA, on EU with far less players it is better but still happens, maybe 6 times an evening.

✭Oh yeah, game's still crashing and freezing up; though, not as much as before this recent patch. Still freezing up during character loading, during combat or just standing there. Same as usual, but seemingly just about 50% less than before. I'm still seeing other players/characters laying about dead at dragon pits and world bosses and whatnot; oh yeah, from game crashes.0 -

Front Kite crashed 4 times.
On avg, 2-3 people crashed per pull.

✭Crashing out isn’t a PS exclusive. We have it on XB as well. Last night nCR+3 we lost a healer and tank on one run, healer and tank on second run, 3dps and a tank on the 3rd run. I lost at least 1 person each time I ran Scalecaller, Fang Lair, MHK and MGF today. All randoms i should add, because who doesn’t love a DLC every time your queue up?0 -
Pink_E_808✭✭✭✭PS4 NA. Yesterday was the first day I've gone into Gray Host since this campaign started. I didn't have high hopes, but I miss PvP and have gotten through most of the new DLC content, so I went for it and played most of the day. I froze five times and had to close and restart the game (once while defending a Scroll!!!! 🤬). I went back in today and in less than a half hour, I froze, restarted the game, and then blue screened about 15 minutes later. It's so discouraging as this is the only game I like to play. The worst part is, I'm going to keep trying to play because I have nothing better to do today.0 -
Auberon1983✭✭✭✭I was. By and large, the recent patch did in fact help my crashing issues. At one point I couldn't actually enter the Reach, as the Wayshrine was a guaranteed CTD. Now, however, I'm running into these weird, half freezes, where the screen and music freeze, and a strange "electronic noise" comes out my TV speakers. Holding the home button on the controller seems to, for whatever reason, fix it. I have a PS4 Slim, so I don't know if model has anything to do with it. It's strange, for some users (all platforms) the game is actually "literally unplayable", for others no issues at all, and the rest somewhere in between.0

Multiple long load screens just trying to get to the character screen, screen freezing but audio still working in cyro and trials and having to quit the app as it doesnt boot me from the game (decided to test this and after 15mins i was still there stuck).Edited by gronoxvx on November 28, 2020 7:56AM4 -

svendf✭✭✭✭I crash max twice aday on ps4 EU. It can be bluescreen or screen freeze and happens in dungeons - before last boss in icp never happen on quest (knock on wood) or any new DLC dungeons if I remember it right

I take it back. It's still worst as ever. Took 9 ffing dolmens to complete the fight guild's daily. Been crashing at practically every world boss pits and dragon last couple of days. Same as usual; crashing when moving on mount and foot.. and just standing about. Ha ha
Bethesda and ZOS.. love you guys. Kudos, praises and bowing down to your level of expertise in creating and developing such a high detailed and expansive game. However, please do not make another MMO. You guys do not excel at all in the maintenance and patching aspects in ESO. Also game crashes as soon as you join a group, unable to join voice chats, and kicks for "excessive spamming". LordSarevok✭✭✭✭Couldn't finish vet scalecaller due to each time Zaan picked up her shield it would blue screen at least two people, but mostly 3. We tried it 10+times and each time she threw the shield and went to pick it up most of the group would blue screen.0 -
