So high elv with 1 cost reduction glyph (191 I believe) or breton (7% reduction) with spell dmg glyph in PVP.
Am I right in saying the cost glyph gives more benifit than breton racial passive
Also weighing up dark elv and argonian as they have their pros and con - i play magplar for reference.
Currently high elf but thinking about changing it up

✭✭✭✭✭I've found that the extra stam from the Altmer passive is more useful in PVP on a magicka build, but it may be that you have your stamina management already figured out without it.
Personally, I like Dunmer simply because I sometimes switch from the Magicka to Stamina version of that class, and Dunmer is pretty good for either. But again, if you have no interest in Stamplar, that may not be a good reason.0
