lol That never happens. 4 purples? The most you can loot on average a day is 2. 7 blues in one hour? They changed the loot table. I farm that place for 8 hours a day every day. I noticed the change immediately after the patch. There are cooldowns that exist on drop rates that give buffed chances to pull something. Something on the loot table was broken or was altered. I should know, this is all i do on a daily basis. And having logged on and looted on 4 different characters after 12-24hs since last looting and getting nothing for two days straight isn't an RNG problem. This is abnormal. I'm not sure if you're trolling or not.

Not trolling at all.
I also farm plans all day long on 8 toons.
My main literally found 4 purples today less than an hour.
Yes there is a degree of RNG. Been playing for 7 years, so I know what I'm doing.

How long did that take?
I did mine in about 3 days, in a 5-6 days after release. Got dwarven slayer achievement on a fresh toon, so it was lots of kills. Tho my friend said they've got one lead outside B-Z but from the same humanoid automaton.
If you want to make your farm as comfortable as possible, you need speed buffs. To traverse, to -sadly- beat others to it. Mobs respawn pretty quickly in B-Z, but only if you clear entire structure and not stick to one room. Got about 3 leads from one room with a pond, others from various points.
The biggest problem these mobs have is loot, it's only lootable in like 10 to 15% of the time and most of the time it's trash and no leads.
Is there something weird they did with these mobs that makes them only drop a lead for one person, or makes having the killing shot absolutely necessary, or some other strangeness? Or do people just not know how tagging works?

I don't understand the part about beating others to it. Tagging a mob gives everyone who tags it a chance to get loot and xp and leads from it. I can understanding wanting to optimize your farming time and get more done with the time you have, but I do not understand the competitive stuff I've been seeing in there. I gave up because I was seeing people rush ahead to do their damnedest to kill things before I could even get close enough for a ranged shot, as if my getting a shot in would somehow affect their outcome.
