Is there likely to be a Crown sale for Black Friday?

and/or.......

Are there going to be any nice Black Fredas bundles in the Crown Store ?

    They don't normally put crowns on sale - next one I would expect (going by previous years) would be around Christmas.

    So I mean anything could happen, but don't expect it.

    I would imagine some stuff on the crown store on offer though :)

    Last year there was a sale near xmas time if I am not mistaken, so might be soon

    This sucks, I used up all my crowns recently, and I wanted to buy some of these new things, but with a possible crown sale coming up I don't really want to buy any now. :(

    They mentioned black fredas in the stream that's going on atm.. there was no crown sale mentioned.. but They mentioned special crown crates

    There are no special crown crates. There is a discount on the existing Crown Crate season for ESO+ subs, an old Black Fredas mount and consumable bundle, and a new one for ESO+ subs only.

    All the details are in the article they posted on the website. Other than that, they returned an old ESO+ costume for ESO+ subs again, and there is no other discount or old items returning. So yeah, pretty lackluster 'Black Friday'. Just a new mount and some ESO+ discounts. Basically no more stuff than there could be on any other Friday :lol: Nothing special.

    I don’t think there is anything new that is a limited time deal, unless you’re referring to something that has returned for a limited time? Just saying, if it’s something like one of the new houseguests that you want, I expect they will still be available when the next Crown sale comes around. :smile:

    Dunno why now crown point sale on or just before Black Fredas. More people with crowns - more sales but whatever.

    The crown sale comes around December 20th or something.

    Yeah, i don't get some folk at all. They come on here rightly bemoaning the state of the game, but then throw their money at ZoS each and every time a new shiny appears in the CC's. What's bizarre about it this time, the game is currently in a trash state if questing isn't your thing.

    No, I think they said "Crown Store bundles," not "Crown Crates"-- the two special bundles that are available right now, one from 2015(?) that includes a green guar mount, and the new one that's only for ESO+ subscribers that also has a mount.

    EDIT: Although they did mention "crate" in reference to receiving the usual free crate for watching the stream.

    Questing is my thing and I think game is in trash state.

    Not because it currently has issues, but because of how it got them, how slow and reluctant is ZOS in addressing them (unless clown store is broken or someone got more crowns than they had - those are addressed lightning fast), how worse and worse even crown store offerings get (look at this "sale"), how communication is still sub par.

    Disheartening, honestly.

    I think Zos does their crown sale closer to Christmas/EOY.
