The Chef's and Brewer's don't have recipe's for sale like it says under "hints" on the quest. I have 2 characters I'm trying to level provisioning on and they can't buy the recipe's that are used for the daily provisioning writ. I've deleted my saved data twice and I did a fresh install just a week prior to Markarth going live on Xbox, so I don't think the problem is on my end. Was there a change made that I'm unaware of?
I know that there are much bigger issues right now than this and I have 2 other characters that are maxed on provisioning that can make the items to turn in for the daily writ quest. However, the Chef's and Brewer's should have the recipe's for sale like it states on the quest. It's not like I can see them but just not buy them, they're just not there in the buy menu. It would be nice to know that it's not just my account and that even though it's a minor issue, it's on a list of fixes that are going to be made.
