BG queue randomly dropping a player

Has anyone else experienced this? Been running groups of 4, and 1 out of every 6 or so matches the queue will pop but won't let one of us in the battleground. It's really frustrating because we end up with a pug that doesn't communicate with us and defeats the purpose of queuing as a group.
