A good sign for console version.

Ever since the release of ESO you could not sign up for console beta anymore. Then this morning they begs sign up was up for ps4 and Xboxone but then was taken back down. Can this be a sign we will here some news soon? Wonder why it was up and then back down. Thoughts?
