Can anyone explain the Wrath of Elements? The tether lasts 10 seconds and increases dmg by 1% per second. How does it ever get to the 20% max increase with that math? I played with it a bit on the 3 mil dummy and at no point can I get a 20% increase.

✭✭✭✭✭It increases based on how many other enemies you hit with the tether aside from the target.
So if you have a big mob between you and target you can drastically raise the damage. You really cant against just one enemy2 -
