Razer Chroma Support

So I'll preface this with the understanding that this is probably the lowest priority thing for the game right now, but I figured I'd ask anyways.

I recently picked up a new Razer Huntsman Keyboard, and remembered that there was an ESO integration with it, so I figured I would set that up. I got it setup but then ran into an issue that apparently the app hasn't been updated and any time I launch ESO now it turns off all the lights in my office. It took a bit to figure out why all my lights were turning off as I started preparing to stream ESO for the night but eventually figured out I need to disable the Hue Sync in Synapse.

So I was just curious if there's a chance the integration may be updated in the future? Even if it just stops disabling Hue Sync that would be fantastic. I tried to look into any documentation because the listing says we could build an add-on for it, but I wasn't able to find anything.

Nope haha! I have Smart Lights in my office, and they can connect to the Razer software to do some fancy things in games, like flash when you're low health and things like that.

But since the ESO integration is out of date they all just turn off and I'm left sitting in the dark!

That's weird. The integration with my Orbweaver keypad works fine.
But, I don't have Smart lights in my house.

OK, I do hope they update this so it works as intended.

But having ESO turn off the lights in your office has to be the funniest technical issue I've ever seen! Thank you for the chuckle. :-)

Yep, very strange behaviour. The Integration worked well on the Huntsman too. Only thing it didn't seem to be doing was notifying when the quick slot was off cool down, but I might have just missed that.

Otherwise I'd love to use it if it didn't make me think I was losing power whenever I launched ESO.

Can anyone tell me how to disable ESO controlling the keyboard? I have unlinked the razer keyboard from any games, but ESO still takes over with these ugly, pale colors.
When in Synapse, there is a link to "Manage Chroma Apps", but clicking on that does nothing.

I don't know if having just an Orbweaver KeyPad and not a keyboard makes a difference in the Synapse UI, but this is what it looks like in my Synapse program. I don't see a link to "Manage Chroma Apps" anywhere.
But...
When I click on the "Chroma Apps" Header it shows the Settings tab, wherein there is an option to turn off Chroma Apps entirely.

If I click on the "App List" tab, it shows a list of compatible apps; one of which is ESO.
If I right-click on the ESO app, it gives an option to disable the ESO app.

Are you sure you have the most recent version of Synapse installed? (that would be version 2.21)

I have no issues with it. From what my friend sats uts something to do with the smart home chroma and the eso intergeation not agreeing. He had to remove his smart house from the pc to use it properly

The Razer Synapse version I have is 3.5.2325.121019 and the screens are totally different.

I managed to unlink the game, but I had to shut down the computer and restart it a couple of times (Razer is not in startup list now) to get the keyboard to use the default colours (forget using my profile with my colours).

That's funny because the exact same thing happened to me as well. The eso chroma controls only control the keyboard and maybe mouse... but anything else it just turns off. I have lights and mouse mat and they went dark when I launched eso. I would love for them to redo it and add more support. As it stands now, I just created my own profile, which reacts to things I do in the game, like hit the q e or r keys, but not do thi go driven from the game (like dieing).. but at least I'm not in the dark!

No there is a file that runs a preset lightning setup for ESO through Synapse. It changes the colors, but apparently for him it turns off
