Lag Spikes are Ridiculous since new Patch Drop (Maintenance didn't fix anything)

Now I understand I'm one of the "Lucky" Players that's NOT experiencing the more serious issues like Disconnects and CTD.

But even so ever since the Markarth Patch every character is experiencing Lag Spikes where the game slows to a crawl and then speeds back up; support just tells me "dElete yOuR aDDons" but I already did and that didn't change anything!

I've switched my connection to 5G and back; Power Cycled my Router, opened my Ports, updated my Drivers (both on my PC and my actual Graphics Card Drivers) and done everything else I could think of to fix the Lag Spikes.

It's not even a "Ping Issue" since I have the Latency Showing enabled and it holds fairly steady at 100 (sometimes a jump here and there to about 140ish but immediately comes back down and the Lag Spikes aren't happening when the Ping is jumping.

What I want to know is when is this going to be fixed?

Yes, we all would like to know when a fix will be implemented or if such is even possible, but since the party required to implement such is sans communicado we have to wait and suffer or play something else.

    This!

I was like what!? when I checked latency

Even though latency is fine why there is still delay?

Like I press a few skills, but they are delayed and released like after 4 seconds???

Yeah I've been having Skill Delay Problems too... I mean I feel bad whining about this since it's on the "Low End" of the spectrum compared to what others are dealing with since Markarth (I haven't had Disconnects, Dungeon Crashes or CTD; it's JUST the Lag Spikes and Skill Delay), but I'm just really frustrated because nothing I do seems to fix it and there's ZERO communication about it + ZOS seems more interested in making sure Stadia is taken care of then fixing the Platforms that have been with them since the start.

Really don't want to but I may have to let my ESO + lapse and go play Skyrim or something till Cyberpunk/Vampires Masquerade comes out.

But this is my favorite game; they really have something unique here IMO (wasn't a fan of Guild Wars 2 or any other MMO I've played).

I think they shouldn't see this as low end...

Because especially break free, roll-dodge, block being delayed is annoying in PvP.

I do not experience crashes as well, though I never did any dungeons since the patch so I don't know if it is related to that

Also, cheers big VTM fan here too, wish it was not delayed, then we would be bothering NPCs in Seattle now :D
