Server was unable to keep up with updates in regards to you - if the queue of updates gets to long, the server will be booting you from the server and when you try to immediately log back in you will get an "account is already online" message until the server had a chance to keep up with you. I had things like this when I was crafting and enchanting too fast.

Btw if you press the "help" button on an error message, you will get a description of the error on the website - my info is from this website as well.

In your case I guess you pulled too many enemies whilst riding through mobs - this isn't "just riding" for the server, it has to process the reactions of mob as well.

I had that error message when I was crafting and enchanting my gear - given that I do that rather quickly, but I was at home in my house - so no influence by other players or NPCs. So I guess the update queue might not be per person, but per instance or instance group (like all the houses in a region) and activity other players is still effecting you as well. And the server might just kick enough people randomly from that group until the load goes back to normal. It's a guess, but it seems to be like it.
