Imperial: Imperial soldiers in the three banner war cinematic, and grandpa Tharn
Breton: the nightblade hero and Breton soldiers in banner war
Redguard: Warden hero, Sai
Dunmer: Naryu, grandmaster, dunmer soldiers in banner war
Nord: Nord hero, Lyris, Nord mage in banner war
Argonian: Argonians soldiers in banner war, grandmaster bodyguards and elsweyr prison cart escort
Altmer: elf hero, Mannimarco, elf soldiers in banner war and summerset
Khajiit: Raz, Queen
Wood elf: some horned-helmet soldiers in banner war
I tried to find orcs soldiers among the cinematic but never found one

✭✭✭Not gonna lie. I love orcs. My first WOW character in 2004 was an Orc Hunter. When I played Warhammer Online my main was a Black Orc named Rumrommor. He was A M A Z I N G!!!
My first character in ESO was an orc, until I started interacting with orc NPC's, who all seemed like weak weenies (he was deleted).
Orcs in ESO come across as low self esteem and introverted. the opposite of what I expect to see in an orc.
As far as wood elves? They are completely forgettable.
