ESO Website Not Working?

Is anyone else experiencing ESO web pages not fully loading? It'll load half a page, then need to be refreshed frequently to load the rest. If I click on something, most of the time it loads an entirely different page. Many buttons not working altogether. No other web page has this issue. It's not our internet. This has been going on for about two weeks maybe?

Yes same problem.
Only workaround I found was to use the arrow buttons for scrolling, rather than mouse.1 -
