These complaints are all true, well deserved and also there are much more we can say about Zos’s Ps4 management. We are showing much more patience than we should have, there are lots of questions rising with every action they have taken but im sure of it its not going to continue like that, one way or another.

I may just be one person, one voice, and my thoughts on the issue may not do anything, but being silent about how they are handling the game is something I don’t want to be.

I love the game overall and want what’s best for all of us but this isn’t it. This lackadaisical approach to bug fixes has been growing. I get that sometimes it takes time to locate and fix bugs but the time management of that process doesn’t seem prioritized.

If I owned a game that millions of people played, locating and fixing bugs, especially after a new content update, should be number one priority. It isn’t.

As for giving a warning and such. It would be different if I were name calling or flaming but I’m not. Just pointing out a massive disconnect between gamer and developer and the expectation of both. I’m a long time ESO+ Sub, as many of you are. I spend hundreds of real world money in the crown store each month, as many of you do, we should be able to voice our concerns and constructive criticisms without being penalized or silenced.

Perhaps we can convince the developers to begin a discussion with us long time supporters of the game to have this kind of conversation. A serious conversation with actual input from both sides discussing expectations and work together to create a path to reach those expectations. Currently, it seems that kind of dialog is available on the surface but from reading countless forums comments it seems none of that feedback, or at least very little, is taken in consideration.

The year of performance improvements

Oh it did something. As of today I have had 4 blue screen crashes over a few short hours. Prior to U28 I have had maybe MAYBE 2 blue screen crashes in the last year playing ESO. I was not experiencing blue screen crashes prior to this mornings maintenance.

If their goal is to entice me not to spend more money on the game, it's working.

Loved this game, played other elder scrolls games and playing Eso since years... love the lore and pve/pvp housing...
I’m a PS4 Eu player.
-I own a guild hall, my members can’t travel to the guild house
-we were progressing VCR Hm, Now can’t even use light attacks or skills properly or simply moving
-daily dungeons are pain with game crashes and can’t using skills properly
-some said ok let’s play pvp make a group it’s the same as upper 2 listed problems
-wanted to at least do Zone dailies for achievements but you know what happened,
My game crushed in a delve in summerset, whenever I tried to log in with that character crushed over and over again! 7 times!
I couldn’t even go out of that delve! Log in second 2 crushes...

Now, I play this game since years, I gaved my time and my money, crown store houses and items and Eso plus and chapters...
I literally supporting this company! And they are giving me broken products again and again!
I am working for a software company and we don’t sell broken stuff to our customers, if they have an issue we fix it.

Console players getting every patch or update 2 weeks later, and months before release you are testing your product in tests servers!

Test Players say what’s broken in this game and you put it online for pc!

Pc players say it’s broken and you are putting it online for consoles this time!

And what’s the meaning of letting console waiting weeks before you fix anything? Pc gets fix or patch whatever and PS4 gets 2 weeks later, why?! I read certificates rights bla bla Maybe try to start that process 4 weeks earlier so console gets the fixes too...

What’s wrong with you? Why can’t you wait until everything is ready? Why are you trying to destroy my good memories? Why are you wasting my money?

I don’t want to hear what should I do, or Defence. I want get the product what I am paying for.. and not broken or early or delayed..

And we'll simply be told to "rebuild database" or "delete game data" or "uninstall and reinstall the game" to "fix" issues that were not present until recent "maintenances" (blue screens for me and several others started up again after the maintenance right before U28 dropped).

By the way, did do the database rebuild this weekend when a guildmate said they hadn't blue screened and rebuild weekly. I went one glorious day free of blue screens. Then the next day, crash to desktop (the PS4 "blue screen") in the middle of opening crafting writ daily rewards.

ZOS, your "troubleshooting" articles do not aid us. You reintroduced blue screens and more. It's on you to fix it. This is Dragonhold all over again and you know it. Would be nice if it takes less than 6 months to actually acknowledge it this time instead of just telling us to "follow the troubleshooting methods".

I've already cancelled ESO plus on PC and PS4 and haven't played the game for over a week. I'm good with it, and I encourage others to do the same. There are plenty of games out there that deserve to be played right now.

I am not alone, either. I'm in a trial guild where over 80% of the top endgamers on ps4 are, and most if not all the teams there aren't doing anything and playing other games. I didn't even log on once to do the weekend farming event because of this.

The other issue I have is that many of the bugs get reported in PTS before any update goes live and then they get introduced to the live game? Does ZOS have a shortage of QA folks?

Just tried running a random daily. Got Fang Lair. Guess what can’t be completed? Fang Lair. Get to Cal and everyone hard freezes. Every time.

Game on PS4 is running ok for me atm, certainly better than the crash and freeze fest we've experienced earlier in the year. I get the odd crash here and there, but its rare. Lag in Grey is terrible, but that's normal in there. Black is fine.

I have noticed a bit of lag in dungeons creeping in, which is a shame and its probably worse in Trials I expect. But generally things are better than they have been.
