Yeah...
You can't get it even after you reset boss by pulling her out of fight anymore.

Can confirm. Went to the world boss and resetting boss, not killing boss and killing boss did not advance the quest past the, “disrupt the ritual,” portion of the quest.

Daily quests for this boss are completely broken ATM.

There are two issues here - getting credit for the achievement which apparently was kinda fixed, and being able to complete the dailies. There WAS a workaround players organically discovered to taun the boss out of range to reset, then the entire encounter would complete normally with BOTH achievement credit and Daily quest completion.

Now when I get a Witch Mother daily I just drop it and ask for the Dwarven WB quest - it's so not worth the frustration.

Consoles have to wait until Dec 2 for a fix??? What an outrage!

We supposedly had maintenance last night but we didn’t get a patch.

Just to be clear, we cannot complete any of these dailies either.
