Cannot interact with this orc Gorhgat. I press "talk", but nothing happens. Tried relogging, porting to shrine and going back, reloading. Nothing works.

Ratinira✭✭✭✭I think I remember that orc. He wasn't talking to me, no quest marker, and he was just glitching when I press E. Then I went to hit a HS and when I returned everything was all right.
I think you need to approach slowly, waiting for the monolog to finish and quest mark appeared. But that is my pure speculation 🙈1
