Currently (probably due to the event), all dailies in Vvardenfell (HoF included) are dropping fake event tickets (a single ticket that does not appear in my inventory).

Ashlander and Vivec world boss dailies gave coffers, daily delve from vivec did not give a coffer (only a fake event ticket).
