Where to find 'Second Chances' quest in The Reach?

I want to complete this quest to unlock the 4th daily quest giver but haven't been able to find any info. Thanks

joerginger✭✭✭✭✭It's the very last quest in this year's epilogue quest chain, i.e. the quests you unlock by doing the Greymoor and the Markarth stories. When I left the keep after the celebration, the new quest giver was there.0

✭✭✭I think 4th quest giver is unlocked before the epilogue quests, at the end of DLC questline. The one for the Wayward Guardians.0 -
joerginger✭✭✭✭✭The UESP wiki indeed lists quest giver Ardanir as becoming available after concluding the Markarth quest line in the quest A Feast of Souls. So it seems you don't need to finish Second Chances.0
