What happened to the guy who cured werewolves and vampires?

Prelate Sabinus (the guy who used to cure werewolves and vampires) doesn't seem to be in the Mages Guild location where he used to hang out. Did he move? Or is there a new way to get The Cure?

    Well, I checked and found him upstairs at Riften Mages guild. Right at end of stairs. If he's moved, he's moved to more visible position.

    Also checked: Evermore mages guild, from the door across hall and he stands at left. Rawl'kha under the Mages guild, left of the jewelry crafting station.

    Thanks much! In the past, I used Rawl'kha, not Riften. Inspired on your answer, I looked around Rawl'kha more diligently and finally found him. In Rawl'kha, there are two mages guild locations: (1) one with the Enchanting and Jewelry stations; and (2) the building next door to the enchanting area (adjacent to the Rawl'kha Temple). The Prelate used to be inside the second building, down the stairs, all the way in the back. He has been relocated to the first Mages building (enchanting/jewelry building), standing next to the Jewelry station near the Magus vendor. Thanks for responding.

    I found him by the Shrine of Arkay in any capital city with the other shrines (Mara, Stendarr, Akatosh).

      Priests of Arkay have moved to more prominent cities throughout Tamriel, and are more readily available to cure those wishing to remove the affliction of Vampirism.

    He decided to become a Hive-mind and chills at the most popular locations to cure a terrible skill line and werewolf.
