Unlocking Gifting is broke ?

Gifting is a feature that must be unlocked. If you are a new player, you need to become an ESO Plus member or make a Crown Pack purchase and wait 30 days in order to gain the ability to gift.
I bought and activated ESO on the 7th November and took out the ESO+ subscription same day. It's now the 15th November and every time I log into the game I have a notification
( reporting that Gifting will be unlocked on your account in 30 days )
I'd have expected the number of days to decrease daily but no it still shows 30 days, is this normal or is it broke ? . To be honest I'm not too bothered about gifting right now but I'm fed up seeing the same notification every time I log on.

cynicalbutterfly✭✭✭✭I don't recall ever receiving a notification like that. Gifting has always been an available feature as far as I can recall. So perhaps a bug?0 -

Seems odd huh, I click the delete button and it deletes but next time I log in it's back.

The 30-day gate on gifting for new players is real, @cynicalbutterfly.
Could be just a UI issue ... but the OP should start an Online Support ticket if they're worried about not being able to gift when the month is up.0 -

Might be different on PS4. We don't get notifications like that at all. But a support ticket is probably the way to go if OP has passed the 30 days and still getting the notice.0
