Race Change vs Appearnce Change...

Quick question... for some reason I have 3 race change tokens on my account, but I don't have any appearance change tokens. I've never bought any of them, so I assume they must have been rewards or something. Anyway....
Can I use a race change token to keep the same race but tweak the appearance? I'm assuming that if I changed race I'd have the option to play with the appearance afterwards... Or would I just get a default racial face and then need to use an appearance token as well..?

And yes, you can use them to just change your appearance.

✭Pretty sure you got them ages ago when they changed the racials and gave everyone 3 free race change tokens.
You can use the race change token to tweak the appearance without changing the race. I ended up using a race change token on my main, same race and gender but different looks since I was in a similar spot and had no need to change race on any character.
Appearance change tokens are basically like race change tokens, but without the option to change race.0
