Aside from Hollowfang, for some reason no new light armor blood-visual DPS sets were added in a vampire-themed expansion.

That is very odd to have a vampire theme, but no sets with a blood visuals. Weird.

That's the thing. All the sets with vampiric visuals that got added this year are heavy armor based.

Which is just so weird.
