Ok so apparently its possible to make any gear, any level now, due to how the reconstruction work. Its simple, research a bunch of stuff on your low level alt, and then reonstruct (i.e malacath, crimson, insert proc set here) gold it out at level 26 (highest level, with the highest mitigation cap) and dominate and bully below 50 campaigns. I have never once, considered this, never once tried it. i havent logged into below 50 since 2016 when i was new. But i have heard that even in pre markarth, that this was a real problem. and experienced people were golding out strong gear to feel like gods when fighting against a group of unorganized, random overland gear dropped noobies. proc sets are already super strong in no cp, i can only imagine how strong a 3 man warden group will be when golding out the games strongest builds in below 50.
Im not sure how anyone can find this funny, it ruins the experience of so many new players, and it simply accomplishes nothing. but the reason for this post. Is this even legal? @ZOS_GinaBruno @ZOS_JessicaFolsom is this type of behaviour allowed?
if anything, immediatly remove the possibility to make mythics, monster sets and any dungeon/trial set available for any level. it should not be possible, and it sure as hell is not healthy for the game, or the pvp community at all

Ok, what a relief. I only heard its possible, but never tried it myself, so i hope you are right. but still, the problem is that even without malacath, crimson + for example unfathom is incredibly strong, and can be abused by experienced players pretty easily1 -

If you've got anyone who can make you gear at those levels (or if you're bound and determined to do it yourself, which is completely possible) then it is done. Many MANY people make the sets they "should be" using throughout their leveling. You can do it too, if you work on your crafting. It honestly isn't a problem, and it is a sensible thing to do if you're going into PvP against other people. You want the most advantages you can get, and going in rag-tag with just any ol' gear you find isn't an option - nor interesting idea - for everyone.0 -

Absolutely. If you do gold out gear to farm people in under 50, you're probably scared of regular BGs/Open world where you'd be folded up in half a second.

I am pretty sure that you can get the normal versions of the weapons on low level though. At least you can enter MA, DSA, BRP and probly Vateshraan as well on lowbies.

I can tell you that that is actually mostly incorrect. Most nonvet players are also playing some vet PvP and at least the decent ones are not getting "folded up in half a second".
The main problem about vet PvP is that its just not fun to either go into a cyro where you can hardly do anything at all due to lag or go into a BG where half the people run proc sets that are absolutely busted atm.PC/EU, StamSorc Main0 -

My first bg on lvl 10 1 bar mag DK with lvl 4 training gear I went 38-0.
There 2 WW twinks on the other teams but I managed to avoid them.

EDIT for clarification - I smurf-Tank pve dungeon content regularly for fun, sometimes with trash (read trash as below champ 160 non complete sets) gear though I usually at least make sure it is correct weights for tanking - this information will make that much more enjoyable for me, thank you! If the items aren't intended to be recreated at below 160 that should certainly be fixed, however that is the only potential issue I actually see in this thread.

✭✭Just to be clear there already existed, prior to the sticker book, and still exist regional and elite gear vendors in cyrodiil - all you need(ed) to do is spend some ap and you could have essentially any gear you wanted/want, with a little rng luck, at any level (the gear level that dropped/drops, like the sticker book, is at the level of character opening the box).
So, in theory, you could have, for example, vicious death set at 10th level if you wanted before sticker books. Then transmute to trait(s) required (under previous system).
In other words, this is no more a 'problem' now than it ever was, if it ever was.
And no, I don't play <50th other than passing through while levelling characters to obtain alliance skill lines and skyshards.

People already were able to get lvl 26 gold gear, even dungeon sets if you were tryhard enough.
People also had arena weapons, monster helmets and shoulders before. Thats sadly not part of the sticker book. So people now cant reproduce what some other people already have.0 -

(I would presume they mean below level 50 cp 160, but I haven’t tested it.)
They stopped Maelstrom and Dragonstar non-perfected weapons from dropping under level 50 with Greymoor:
