The background music for the Reach zone is fantastic, I could listen to it all day, Great job on that!

Y'know, I intensely dislike the Reach in TES V, but I find that ESO's version is very well done. Still not into the quests (werewolves and vampires and reachmen ick) but the look of the area and yes the music - delightful.

Helps that nothing shoot ice spikes on you. I hated ice spikes in skyrim and reachmen that use them can be quite common

Oddly, I find the Reach music reminds me of Murkmire too much.

I was surprising to hear this pretty OST after Greymoor's OST (can't listen this, too tedious). I hope the future music won't be based on story atmosphere and will continue to convey a mood of a location/province.
Still waiting the Murkmire OST release. :)

Right!? It is very similar, and I think that how Reachmen are presented is somewhat similar to how Argonian tribes were. Like, the tone of it, that "look at how fascinatingly different they are".

Hmm. I don't know - I don't spend ANY time in Murkmire. I just destroy surveys I get for there. Murkmire and Shadowfen are places I simply do not care to "experience".

Yes! And I love Murkmire music, so I like this too.

I completely agree! I loved hearing it every time I would come back from Blackreach.

Agreed, I was listening to the in-game music for the first time since Greymoor and damn does the music in and around Markarth sound fantastic. Great job.

I find the soundtrack of the Reach to be a mix between murkmire and summerset elements. Its not that I don't like those, but the reachmen and their culture don't remind me of either altmer nor argonians, feels a bit strange that they choose those sounds for the zone and not something more unique.

Too bad theres STILL no toggle for the battle music so we can listen to it uninterrupted.

I think it's the panpipe or whatever they're using.

I love the new music in the new blackreach zone, too. Several short clips that are randomly cycled. Makes for excellent ambiance.

I'm in agreement with this as well, I have the Lakemire Xanmeer Manor set up as my ESO library (all the readable books are there) and the music is a perfect setting to my library.
