    The FAQ does not mention this (from Bethesda.net), which I think is important:

    Will the upgrade be available on day 1 of console release?
    No, the upgraded next gen versions of DOOM Eternal and The Elder Scrolls Online will not be available day 1. However, both titles will still be playable on Xbox Series X/Series X and PlayStation 5 with backwards compatibility on day 1.
    When we know the timing for the availability of the upgrade, we will let everyone know.

    @ZOS_GregoryV Thanks for the link as well. Hopefully the CMs can be a little more engaged in the discussions they start in the future!
