Non-trial Target dummies: Debuffs not applying correctly From abilities and more. Post-Markarth.

These buffs are not correctly applying to the target dummy, specifically non-trial based dummies such as the Precursor and all others.
Further testing has yielded irrefutable proof that Debuffs are not being correctly applied to all non-trial dummies as noxious breath is supposed to apply major breach, surprisingly, I tried outside the hunters glade residence on some giants and mammoths and it is all applied correctly In Comparison.
Without the debuffs being applied to said dummies, it is a big problem as it will result in false numbers that could potentially affect the Psychosis of those wishing to break down DPS Numbers on lesser dummies, as we all know they are used to an extent to evolve and adapt a players play style and reach the Pinnacle of being Trial Worthy.

✭✭✭✭✭You clearly state that testing was done and that it yielded irrefutable proof that debuffs are not applying.
I suggest that you provide that information from the testing which would be how you did the testing and what the results were. That way everyone is on the same page without having to do the testing themselves.0 -

✭✭✭✭✭I just tested this for myself. I used the argonian target skeleton and the Centurion Draf Brass. Both normal dummies that do not provide their own buffs or debuffs. I was unbuffed myself but that is not important as everything remained the same outside of the debuff is applied. I only looked at normal damage and ignore crit damage as both do not need to be analyzed. The results were identical on both dummies.
Without debuff 6680
With Elemental Drain 7390
I tested Weakness to Elements once as I have did not have points for this skill applied before testing and felt it was a good idea to test more than one form. The results were identical to the Elemental Drain.
That demonstrates major breach is being applied and is working as expected. The issue is the debuff is not being noted in DPS reports.
