Bloodalter overwrites Syphon's minor Magicasteal.

As stated in the title, it seems when applying minor lifesteal and minor magicasteal with syphon and placing bloodalter afterwards, that minor magicasteal gets canceled.
At least that how it looks in our esologs.
Has somebody done some testing on that area and can confirm / negate it?

    My blood altar didn’t even seem to be working last night..no green numbers when I using it

    That might be because it is now considered a proc, not a heal.
