    No.
As much as I'd love for a rebalance after seeing what happened with Necro, Warden, and Vampire I'm going to say no thankyou.

So essentially what I get from the poll is, that people would like class rebalance, but don't trust the current combat team to do it. Interesting.

Well, when a Stamina Dragonknight will nearly always lose to a stamina Necromancer - a necromancer - of equal skill and solid builds for both, then the game's broken. Original classes should not be outclassed by the cartoon classes that followed.

The most broken part of the game, however, is not that. Rather it's the whole fixed racial strengths/weaknesses system. Yeah, this is a fantasy game. And it's a harmless metaphorical device in novels and single-player games. It's especially harmless when your fantasy races are....fantasy races. But in a multiplayer game when many are actual races in the actual world, they reinforce a false idea that has caused all manner of harm for centuries.

Oh yeah, this aswell. Racials is arguably the worst system in the game. You wanna be top "X" role? Then you gotta go with Y race. So much for "play as you want"!

More than half of my 17 max level characters are just meme or nostalgia (back when soft caps was a thing) simply because I refuse to have them all with ugly faces!

    Yes.
I say yes, because the old classes have been taking nerf , after nerf, after nerf to the point where , most of their abilities are not even worth slotting. It is kinda absurd i have never used any of my ults as a stamplar , just because weapon or guild ones are better lol. But i think certain skills need rework, i don't think they can pull off entire class reworks. They can't even achieve a semblance of balance and it has been how many years?

I just feel like it wouldn't matter. They would just end up making them even more generic and we'd see the last things that make each unique taken away. It would be better to just add skill lines all can use like new weapons and stuff. At least that way it's more balanced since everyone will have access to it and they don't have to trash someone's favorite class to do so

I'd be cautious to want a rework. If you play the class and like it, but it has shortcomings; whos to say the rework winds up any better and there's a chance the class you liked is dramatically different.

Guess I am assuming rework means from top to bottom in the context of Warden and Necro design

The question was "Putting all the balance issues ... aside ... Would you like to see the old classes reworked?". Phrasing it as you did makes the motivation entirely unclear and my take is that eveyone is projecting their own ideas into it as a result, rather than calling you out on why classes should be reworked when we're putting balance issues aside.

To make my own position clear: I accept that this is an MMO, not a competitive game, and that a certain amount of imbalance is par for the course. Furthermore I don't think there is a single definition of balance. You could argue it should be based on duelling, open world performance, BGs, CP or no CP. You could argue it should be measured by the outcome of fights or you could argue it should be measured by how widely a skill, class or armor set is used. I have come around to the latter camp, which means I accept the rock, paper, scissors effect. I accept that individual encounters between two builds may be extremely unbalanced, but if the stronger of those builds is not universally popular due to limitations in how it can be used, then that's OK.

In terms of trust, yes, I see more of a coherent vision in the 4 original classes, but whether that's the result of the original teams vision or the greater time there was for subsequent refinement, I'm not sure. I agree with whoever said that enough is enough for now. I'm totally fatigued by the amount of change since Brian Wheeler took over and the U turns that happened along the way. I also think that, if anything, the new classes need work, not the old ones, primarily on the magicka side. For me that comes down not even so much to balance, but to the lack of fun I eperience playing magden. I could be wrong. I am a solo / small-scale player and have never tried a snare / control / group build. Maybe the class just doesn't suit me.

Balance is also affected to a surprising degree by extraneous factors. We had a high-healing meta a while ago and magplars ruled. Then came healing nerfs. The classes most affected by that were the ones that relied most on healing. Magplar has IMO fallen substantially in the PvP rankings. That's just one example. As long as ZOS are still turning those big dials, there really is no point in thinking about reworking anything, IMO.

If it's done right, yes. That's the problem, though, is I don't think it'd be done right.

This, first response would be yes do, much unused stuff in the classes while fully matured look at the core what works well and what is not used but what was the intention of the unused skills, lets make them usefull, all classes should have that many good skill hard choices have to be made what to use.

But this combat team, no please don't touch anything anymore....
