In Arena Hunter's Grotto how do you interrupt the priests to kill Rahdgarak?

I can not seem to interrupt the priests in Hunter's Grotto and continually die from the fire. What am I doing wrong? I am a templar - what skill would work best? I am playing on normal mode.

✭✭✭✭✭You need to bash then when they are getting the spell ready, not when they are using it.2 -

✭✭✭✭✭I've noticed that you can also grapple and stand right behind them. I'm not sure if that only works in normal or if you have to have the Grotto secret boss first, but when I run it they cower before I even get to bash them.
But yeah, once you see the red lines, bash and grapple to the next one. Rinse and repeat all the way around.1 -
ne.ga.kurai_ESO✭✭✭I think what you’re running into is that when you grapple you put away your weapons. If you try to bash you need to hit it 2-3x.
Try to block and then bash — you’ll bring weapons out and then bash immediately.

pihlaja✭✭✭At first I just bashed them to interrupt, but lately I’ve also tried flying blade (DW skill) with stamblade (quite fast and fun actually!) and crushing shock with mag warden (well, actually my healer), which also worked okay, but always feels a bit slow.0 -
