They absolutely do not. I have farmed chests and WBs in Hew's Bane for hours each day since the patch dropped and I can say with extreme certainty that Heavy/Light Syvarra's Scales and Heavy/Medium Bahraha's Curse do not drop from them.

2500+ chests and I ONLY received Medium Syvarra and Light Bahraha. 200+ WB kills and the same thing.

The only way to get the off weights for these sets are perfect heists.

Heists are shareable and not account locked. You can do every heist on each of your characters every single day. Takes a lot of time but that's the choice: time or gold.

I too have experienced this problem recently. Not only is heavy Syvarra locked behind the Thieves guild heist daily that you can only do once a day but also you need to do the quest perfect before the time out and even then, you could get it perfect and just get a Syvarra ice staff like what happened to me a few days ago. So heavy armor isn't even guaranteed from doing the quest within the time limit.

Yep. Too bad ZOS didn’t allow everyone to do Heists regardless of TG progress. Currently only able to do them on 4 out of 18 characters. They should add coffers to the requisition board dailies. That would be a HUGE improvement over the measly quest reward gold we get from EVERY SINGLE QUEST IN THE GAME.

I've run Bahraha's Curse in heavy/weapons on tanks plenty of times; it's a nice self-healing set for running with pugs.
I think Syvarra's Scales has gotten to be very popular in PVP because of the strength and ease of application of the set damage proc. They are purchasable but Syvarra's in heavy goes quickly and for a lot.

I say its an gigantic marked bubble for overland sets now.
Who makes zero logical sense, just before the update I bought some bonus stealth sets as in Darloc Brae, Way of Air and Night Terror for farming for the gold music box part who drops from lockerbox and perhaps get some ledgerman achivements color unlocks.
prices was 300-2000 gold, as this is not an combat set traits don't matter, suddenly armor is 6-12K pieces.

Bahraha's curse has some PvP use but its not meta, guess the same for Syvarra's Scales, proc sets in heavy

However if you use it you have it, yes lots want to try out new builds but you will not recreate an set you can buy at guild traders for 300-3000 gold.
My only reason for finding price was so high is that I wanted making an magic sneak set for main healer as she need more skillpoints.

This is why my tank uses Bahrahas on jewelry and weapons, so I can get on with my life.

They're like a million a piece. This was before the sticker book, so I expect prices to go even higher.

There are so many (other) sets that I would love to acquire in off-weights even if it required a similarly niche farming method (all the more so if certain stats come to be unified for both Magicka and Stamina).

Also, how many players would even be running Thieves Guild content at all if not for the current proc set bubble? I hate proc sets but at least it has refreshed some otherwise highly dead content.

But when it inevitably gets nerfed, it's going back to being dead content.

they do drop of stuff outside quest ie:
Delve bosses drop waist and feet
World bosses drop head, chest, legs and weapons
Public dungeon bosses drop shoulders, hands and weapons (In zones without public dungeons these drop for other mentioned sources)
Dark Anchors and chests drop rings and necklaces (In zones without Dark Anchors these drop in trials and arenas)

You clearly just quoted the fextralife website, go check hews bane map and see how many these actually apply.
Also when you do go to a delve you only get medium armor pieces.
Only thieves guild heists can drop heavy and light syvarra pieces.
