✭✭✭I suppose, you've already equipped it and it was unequipped by combat? I'd check, it may be just still working. It's heavily bugged.
For me it didn't properly hide my outfit and still worked after combat even if slot was empty. And if memory serves, I couldn't pick it up again.Edited by Nairinhe on November 10, 2020 7:28PM0 -

✭✭✭The door did not say anything about disguise for me, but wasn't immediately interactable.
If enemies have yellow outline - disguise is on and I'd retry the door couple of times just in case. If they are red then I can only suggest abandoning and redoing the quest.
Also it may be worth it to check if you have the disguise in your inventory and try to reequip it.0 -

Now you have other disuses who is not an outfit you can loot like during the wedding in thief guild main quest.
I guess its a bit bugged, a bit as quest still worked out.
Grinding just make you go in circles.
Asking ZoS for nerfs is as stupid as asking for close air support from the death star.0 -
