Cracked 30+ geodes last night all had turned to white and only yielded a single crystal.Did all 3 daily pledges and again only recieved single crystal each.I had potential with old system to usually get 2-4 .PS4 NA

    That is by design, according to the patch notes. If you want more, you'll have to PvP ...

    Yup, this is intentional, transmute crystals drops were tuned in update 28. Normal pledges give 1 crystal, HM pledges give 5 crystals, random normal dungeon gives 10 crystals.

    Guess I’ll just stick to daily ransoms and skip keys

    Why tho? HM pledges give you 6 keys and 15 crystals per day, add RND into this and you are getting 25 crystals per character only from dungeons. IMO it's way better than before.
