✭You probably don't want to hear this, but I played for over 12 hours yesterday and didn't crash once. Come to think of it, I honestly can't remember the last time this game crashed. It has been solid for months, if not years for me.

But don't worry the game still isn't in a playable spot, the Light attack bug along with my character randomly stopping and not being able to swap bars or use skills.....Oh I almost forgot about being hit through the map and warped to another location or back to where you were.Sorc & Warden Main - PC NA(CP 1k+) & Xbox NA (CP 1k+)0 -

Faiza✭✭✭✭✭I played for over 12 hours yesterday as well, and although I did crash a few times, it really didn't make a huge impact on my day deapite being annoying. It was largely at harrowstorms and geysers, and once in Rimmen Necropolis that I experienced an issue.
But...it was rectified just by logging in again. Didn't even miss any loot.0 -

When I try to run fang lair and the entire group gets booted to desktop on Caluurion i don't really think it's the computers fault, same thing with stage 7 on vDSA6 -

WTF all of the above are common things you do for PC health if you are having game issues or issues with programs,
You do in that order except bios/driver swap.
I was going through the list mentally as I wrote it not copy pasted from a website.

✭✭Typically the client on PC will literally shut down itself mid raid. Seen it multiple times during a raid. You just gotta cross your fingers it isn't a tank and its a DPS that isn't your mechanics guy.

I am tank and crashed multiple times in VSS so far. Have fun with those adds/breath guys. I'm on "account is still logged on screen"

PC NA, if that makes any difference... round 7 was not relaxing at all.
Probably crashed more than I done in ESO so far. Yes had the odd bug some years ago there game would log you out on logout rater than going to character select.
But has done plenty of vet pledges, had one player crash in an normal dlc, did an trial maraton with an pug 6 normal trials and don't think any crashed, HRC, AA, MoL, Kyne, sunspire ended with cloudrest+3, did not see any crashes PC-EU.
But yes felt the LA but a lot then starting getting lag in trials.Grinding just make you go in circles.

✭Sometimes games crash cause your cache needs clearing. Turn off system for 15 minutes. Besides, saying they don't care and aren't trying is ridiculous. Try playing Red Dead online. It's worse. And GTA online sucks at times too.Edited by volkeswagon on November 10, 2020 12:32AM1 -

...which is why I mentioned which platform I'm on.
In other words, if you're on PC, then there are some things you can do to make your system functional. It's impossible for ZOS to know what kind of wonky browser add-ons, adware, out of date drivers, pending Windows updates, overclocked RAM, dust-covered cooling systems and who knows what else might be wrong with your PC.
Obviously, console players don't have to contend with most of that, but still... at least check for dust on your fans etc.

2-3 people are dcing somewhere at the beggining or mid of a boss fight.
You sound like youve owned a pc for 2 days. Turn off the pc for 15mins? Thats your solution? Its not a toaster. This is a matter of bugs.3 -

✭✭✭✭✭Well, I do writs without crashes. I quest without crashes. I don't do group content, so of course I don't have problems there.
I've had exactly two crashes to desktop in the 2.5 years I've been playing. And considering I do not have "real broadband" (satellite is the only connection I have available) I'd say I'm in great shape there.
Sorry so many of you are having such awful gameplay issues. I hope it gets better soon.0
