We are currently investigating connection issues some players are having on the European megaservers. We will update as new information becomes available.
In chat, I can often see players willing to trade in game gold for crown gems.
How does that work ?
I mean how can one trade crown gems..you can trade only your inventory items right ?
In theory you send someone gold and they 'gift' you the crown things you wanted. In practice more likely you send someone a pile of gold and that is the last you see of it or them.
Unless I'm out of the loop, trading crown gems is impossible technically. The only way would be to trade gold for crowns and the seller of the crowns gifts crown crates which the buyer can then open and trade certain items back for the gems.
Jinxxy is correct - Crowns can be bought/gifted through Crown Store item transaction. Crown *gems* cannot be gifted/bought i.e. anything on the Crown crates tab as buyable through gems cannot be gifted to other players.
