Brewers and Chefs don't selling recipes?

Hi, Brewers and Chefs don't selling recipes? I want to buy recipes for new alt for provisioning writs but Brewers and Chefs don't selling any recipes.
It is problem only for me or its a bug?

Confirmed, I got it too.

First noticed it on a lowbie alt and then checked on other characters, no recipes from brewer's or chef's.

I noticed that when I was in the starter island of Bleakrock that there were no recipes. I saw recipes when I went to Grahtwood though. Maybe the small starter zones don't have them because they are like the "training wheels" zones for when first starting the game? Or could just be bugged

Yup, this makes no sense ..

If u take a max level provisioner to these npc u will see that they have dozens of recipes for sale, but if u take your just started provisioner w level 1 skill .. zero recipes available to the players who actually need em.

ive had to park my gm crafter in the inns to buy recipes to give t new players who need em.

This was in Vulkhel Guard.

Hmmm. I wonder if it's because as you add skill points, the lower level recipes disappear from the vendors (which never made ANY sense to me) so if you did have a high level provisioner but didn't have a lower level green recipe you'd be at the mercy of RNG & excessive selling rates on brokers.

Honestly, recipes should appear as a player can use them and NEVER disappear unless the player has learned them.

Huh? I don't think I've ever seen lower-level recipes disappear as my characters level up their skills in Provisioning. I mean, if that were the case, then hiw could a grand master crafter character buy low-level recipes for alt characters?

I have to check it out with more advanced charr. Have one with lvl4 recipes, so hopes that Brewers and Chefs have base recipes. It is terrible how many bugs come with patch. With my wife we are experiencing funny bug with food stats bug, when for example magicka drops randomly to base stats after you leave some place or change zone. Or simply after you eat magicka dont rise

Forgive me if you do not use, but these all sound like addon issues as have had similiar due to my various filtration addons after a large patch.

UI glitches are common with addons after large patch and should check them if you use them.

I don't use any add-ons, either.

I just checked on two of my alts, and the chef and brewer in Vivec City do not display any recipes for sale, just one design each. This is definitely new, although I don't remember when I last had to buy a recipe on an alt, so no telling how new.

As for the comment that recipes disappear from the offerings as a character levels up, my past experience has always been that they continue to be listed, so if that works differently now then it must also be new-- but I also don't see how that can jive with the other comment about having to use a grand master crafter to buy the recipes for lower-level alts, so I'm confused.

Addendum: I just checked on my master crafter and can confirm that all of the available recipes do indeed show up for him. Definitely an odd sort of bug!

And I checked it on morning with master crafter and just buyed recipes for alts.

Thanks for the info - this is bugged and we’ll get it fixed in a future patch.
