Mount skill training cooldown bugged?

I logged on to one of my characters this morning and went to the nearest stable to train his mount skill for the day but the cooldown showed 14.5 hours remaining yet I hadn't trained that characters mount in well over a day. Mount training has a 20hr cooldown, I logged in at roughly 7AM so for there to be 14.5hrs remaining that means I trained around midnight, I know for a fact that didn't happen since I was in bed. Furthermore, when I logged on that character yesterday, I didn't go anywhere near the stables; I logged in near the Summerset crafting area got the daily reward then logged out without going to the stables. Is this a known issue?
