I just bought it for 10k, sent it to my crafter, used it (its gone), and its not showing up to craft. Is this a known bug, or am I just special?

✭✭✭✭✭An easy way to check and make sure it's learned is to take your crafter to the Psijic vendor and see if it says recipe known on the recipe. You can see that without needing to repurchase the recipe.0 -

✭Did you uncheck the box or whatever that hides things you cant craft if you dont have the materials required?
