Looking for Trial Groups - Locked to one zone

There needs to be discussion about finding trial pug groups and being locked to Craglorn to find them. I feel majority of my time is just sitting in the main town while looking for a group to run a quick Trial.(Have yet to find a guild that's as active as the craglorn zone)

I understand that the answer may not be a trial LFG system, but there has to be some kind of compromise. Maybe a cross-zone LFG channel.

Has ZOS ever addressed this?

What does everyone think?

Don't know for sure, but I think that even being in Craglorn does not let you talk with players also in Craglorn but in different instance.

The easy solution on the player side is to find an active guild to run these with. Even then it is good to step up and start forming trial runs in that guild. A great many of us do it that way. I have gone weeks doing at least three raids a day, every day of the week, without going to Zone.

As far as an in-game solution, there is not a good one. A game-wide LFG chat would be filled with WTT, WTS, WTB, trolling, politics, and pretty much every other comment making it to busy for the purpose of pugs. GF Trials is a solution, but again a bad one. Many casual groups that are organized struggle with mechanics in a number of trials so a group that has no organization or leadership will be even a bigger failure making it a very bad business decision for Zos to implement. Granted, I would not be dealing with those failures as I follow my own advice. If Zos were to delete every thread complaining about their group failed and blaming everyone in the group but them I would have even less issue with it.

Start looking for a good active guild.

A global trial LFG chat would make forming groups much faster. I often have to jump out of Crag and LFG in pledge zones to fill or try to find a different Crag instance, but that can be tricky and a waste of time bc I don't know before I travel to a guildie if they're in my same Crag instance.

Don't know for sure, but I think that even being in Craglorn does not let you talk with players also in Craglorn but in different instance.

    You're right.

Craglorn became the base LFG for trials by it's very nature that it was the first DLC, first hard overland group content area and first area with trials.
This is a player made thing not a ZOS thing.
It is how it is just as the 3 alliance main cities are the trading hubs, though ZOS made that by making the traders in more quantity and easily accessible than any other city.
