Gem Extract items don't stack
You have to open a crate to unlock gem extraction. I've done that with 2 characters. You probably can stack marked item copies from one character to another. But...
I have 2 items that have the gem extraction icon in front of them: 12 Crown Lethal Poison and 2 Crown Tri-Restoration Potion. But actually the first one is over 1200 pcs and the other over 400 pcs. It even says so if I mouse-over them in the top-right corner. I can't stack them in my inventory. I need 25 of each for a gem extraction. You would expect that I could have extracted 64 gems, but it sticks with the 12 and 2 pieces.
So, stacking only works for items you have split manually? It should automatically work for any copies you receive. Am I missing something here?

I think there is a difference between potions in-game and potions received from crates. I think only the latter will get a crown icon in front? That means there is no free crate rewards if we use in-game drops. Buy loads of crates to receive lots of potion trash to exchange for gems, so you can get something better.
If there is a difference than why use the same name, same thumbnail and description? You won't use them in-game as you already have 50x more of them. Just change them into a currency like gem powder. Create 1 gem from 25 gem powder to be used at the store.0 -
KaGaOri✭✭✭✭Pretty sure same potions from different source (daily rewards ...) won't stack together with gem-extractable potions even if it's otherwise the same exact potion, nor they will be extractable into gems. They will be counted together in inventory / bank info and share spot in quick slot wheel, though.0
