Same thing is happening to us...

The crash will happen if there is a lot of cc in there,especially pull !

Have you tried disabling all of your add ons?

Yep, 3rd crash in a row when the adds spawn. Can't complete it.
Never had a problem before now can't even close the game after a crash, the window just goes black.
All addons disabled.
Win 10, GTX 980 sc, 16Gb ram, i7-4790k @4 GHz, latest drivers ofc.

I ve been ported to start in Banish cell 2 when fighting last boss (actually when floating in a bubble) - that was while I still had my combat addons active.

Since I disabled all combat addons, I ve not experienced any crash or weird things in regular and dlc dungeons. (haven't played them all though)

Cradle of Shadows:

Yesteday my whole group was "locked" in place unable to use skills on the Spider boss after you unlock the first door.

Luckily I was tanking and I got "unlocked" every time the spider hit me with a heavy attack, so we ended up killing her slowly with Puncture and Leeching in the brief times I was "unlocked".

The DPS and healer were stuck the whole fight, though.

Crashed three times at the same boss in fang lair, so gave up trying. And I never crashed there before.

Just crashed at Caluurion too, no addons, using a 2060 MAX. Used the repair tool and retried the dungeon, crashed again. Not sure if it affected my teammates too. Crazy to think I paid for this...

It seems to still be a thing. Our whole group crashed on this fight twice in a row on this fight - first within a few seconds of each other, and the other time we all crashed at the same time.

So I'm having this same issue on PS4 with three full group disconnects. Make sure you submit a ticket! I did find a potential solution. Two of us positioned ourselves to the far right from the entrance. We did not participate in the fight at all. The other two fought the boss alone on the left side from the entrance. Of the two of us on the right side, the other guy disconnected when he was standing in the chain aoe Caluurion places. The rest of us did not disconnect. I ended up only providing combat prayer three times at the last bit of health and rezzed the dps twice. Otherwise I did not use my abilities at all. This somehow worked and we did not disconnect. I'm not sure if it was something we did or if it was just pure luck.

What @Milli_Rabbit mentioned there is actually kind of similar to what got us through the fight yesterday, which I thought I should post here too in case it helps anyone:
The one time we got past Caluurion, it was because I very consciously (and luckily, successfully) avoided every single tiny AoE in the fight. Whenever the others in my group disconnected, I saw them standing in AoE, which was the same thing I had observed for my own disconnects in the fights before, but since I was still in game and alive, that left them time to log back in. First I thought it was just the lich crystals, but those exploding skeletons resulted in us disconnecting as well.

It's really just like that on that one single fight, though. All other AoEs in the dungeon were fine.

If its happening at similar types of bosses and mobs in multiple dungeons, this means it’s like a mechanic that is causing it. It’s not crashing one player, it’s crashing most, or all, of the players in the instance... and then making it almost impossible to get logged back in due to freezing load screens back into the dungeon.

I have exact the same problem since the last patch. I’ve contacted the support and they told me, that they have no reports of this. Now I came here and saw the amount of people that have the same crashes.. the support told me that’s it’s maybe something wrong with my hardware. I checked everything twice, even with the supporttool from the eso launcher, updated all drivers and so on. And btw. I don’t use addons. So I’m pretty sure that it has nothing to do with it. Maybe the addons make it worse, but the core of the problem seems to be sth different to me. Anyways, I still can’t fix the problem. Im afraid that there is no solution jet and we have to wait if they developers get it fixed with the next patch.
The only thing that bothers me is that there is no official statement to this and the support don’t know about it.
