Issues With Incapacitating Strike

Since the new DLC hit I am having issues using Incapacitating Strike on my Nightblade. Twice today against Nestmother and a delve boss I used the skill then I could not do anything else with my swords or bow. I couldn't even switch to my bow. I had to log out and back in to fix whatever is going on. It has been happening since the DLC hit. Is there an old bug that is back or a new bug? Thanks!!

✭✭✭So you've been incapacitated.
Had this similar issue on my stam necro in Vaults of Madness. Hit the Mad Architect with my ulti, then could not use a single skill or bar-swap. Typed /reloadui and was back to normal. Its only happened this one time. Interesting to hear its happening to others.0 -
Seravi✭✭✭✭✭Yeah I can reloadui but hard to do that in a boss fight. Just odd I didn't have any issues at all with this skill before the DLC drop.
