Daedric curse delay

There seems to be something wrong with this ability ever since the patch dropped on PC NA. Any skill I try to use after Daedric Curse has a second's delay. It's really annoying and makes it very difficult to have a flowing fight like I used to. It's also extremely frustrating in pvp, having to wait for the next ability to fire off. I have to press the button (I use a controller) to make sure that the skills go off and they queue up to go off after the second of delay. Please fix this because it's making playing magsorcs unbearable.

    Oh, so it's not only me (PC/EU). Tried to figure out what was wrong, now I know, U28 -_-
    Overall, this update is so buggy I'm gonna cancel my sub until they fix things. Pity but I'm not supporting half-products for full price.

    I'm still on the fence about my subscription, but it's nigh impossible to survive in pvp. I'm getting pummelled during the second of delay and I'm dead most of the time before my skills fire off like my character is having a seizure. It's unplayable.

    I don't play pvp but harder content gets me killed at times because now it's even worse - Haunting Curse fires up with 1 second delay by itself... so my character is standing still after I press button for 1 second, unable to move to cancel non-existent animation of the curse. Geeezzzzz, so enjoyable gameplay... -_-
    Can we have some update if anyone of devs even noticed this bug report?

    Degeneration does the same thing.

    On the plus side, in PvP it allows you to disguise a channel (and possibly cast time) skill since the animation for those will not play.

    Also, even more than just the animation, the damage for Puncturing Sweeps is actually delayed completely until after Degeneration is finished, suddenly landing all four hits in one large burst.

    ^^ I encountered the same thing with degeneration yesterday on a target dummy. If I didn't bar swap after casting it, my character would seize up and then suddenly cast 3 or 4 skills all at once

    I can barely fight world bosses on my own right now with the delay. The worst part is that I can still get hit while the delay is in effect. What the hell kind of bug is this?!?

    The state of magicka users in this game has become really sad, especially magsorcs. Why don't they just delete magicka usage once and for all?
