Seems these are not dropping from IC daily quests since patch. Can anyone else confirm because I got none yesterday and today

I still have boxes left over from the IC event that I'm opening once a day on a character. I DID get a merit yesterday in that box I opened.
Don't know if it's the same thing as what you are saying, but I can confirm it dropped from the Siegemaster's boxes I already had in inventory yesterday.
